The original version of this recipe from the Kaveh books.
Recipe for a small amount of dried meat. Note that this is a fairly big amount of meat, so some preparation is advisable.
Mince 1 cup fresh herbs.
Mince 1 large onion.
Mince 1 garlic clove.
Grate a small piece of meat.
Grate a teaspoonful of breadcrumbs and teaspoon a half of cheese.
Roll out 3 sheets of aluminum foil on both sides. (You can skip the preparation, if you have an aluminum pan, but if you don't and are concerned about the aluminum, it helps.)
Spread one layer of meat mixture on the foil.
Add the remaining meat mixture to center of the meat mixture, making sure it reaches halfway up the foil, and spread out slightly with your hands.
Add the remaining meat mixture and all of the herbs to center meatslayer. (If using the foil, press foil along sides of the pan. Just don't press it so hard that you tear it, would be hard to do.)
Gently spread out the meat mixture on top of the herbs.
Press down gently from the edges of pan to make sure the cheese is evenly buy clamelle azithromycin 500mg tablets distributed along the top of meat mixture. You should end up with 3 or 4 layers of meat.
Place the pan on a grill or over one of those high-heat gas grills that is heated up to about 180ยบ F. The grill grate should not come into contact with the meat when cooking. You should probably not cook this for long anyway; the longer it cooks, less juicy really is. However, you can definitely make meatballs out of it, to satisfy taste buds. When your meatballs are nice and golden brown on all sides, sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs and cheese, then put them right on top of the grill grill.
Cook them on high heat to medium for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the food over and serve.
Note that this dish doesn't actually make meatballs, it is more like beef stew/spaghetti.
Ingredients for a small amount of dried meat. This is less than a tablespoon.
In a medium bowl, combine the water, onion powder, and thyme.
Sprinkle one tablespoon of the oil with a bit of salt.
Add in the meat mixture.
Mix the dry ingredients all up with a medium-sized wooden spoon. Add teaspoon of the salt and mix well.
Add the water a little at time, until the meat is covered in mixture. The mixture should form into a big mass.
Mix thoroughly, using a wooden spoon to mix the mixture thoroughly. Once you are pretty sure that the mixture will hold together, you can use your hands to form the meat into small ball shapes, then shape it into meatballs. (Or a meatball mold if you have one.)
If you have an aluminum pan, put it on the grill, and grill meatball in the pan. (This helps keep meat from sticking to the bottom of pan).
Put some paper towels on the outside of meatball and place it over a sheet pan, and then some paper towels on the bottom to prevent meat from sticking them.
Note that this one is pretty big; you won't need this many meatballs.

In a blender, or on paper towels, blend together all ingredients except the olive oil. Blend until smooth.
Heat up one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Once heating up, sprinkle about one tablespoon of the grated cheese on.
